Edmarc’s mission is to ease the trauma of a child’s illness or death, and to reduce the disabling effects of pediatric illness, loss and bereavement on families.
With only a small amount of funding for our budget coming from insurance reimbursement, Edmarc raises more than 90% of its budget each year through charitable donations. Families never receive a bill for any services because of the generous hearts of others. We are so grateful to have the support of Jack and Jill of America!
Adventure
Help our families create adventure for their kids. Whether a trip to the Virginia Zoo, a day at Busch Gardens or an overnight at Great Wolf Lodge to name a few, providing both fun and respite can benefit families in ways medicine cannot. Help give our families tickets and memberships to local attractions and parks.
Day-to-Day Needs

Making Memories
Edmarc creates multiple families events throughout the year including our Spring Fling, Summer Picnics, and Fall Festival. These events provide a space for families to come as they are, connect with each other, and simply enjoy themselves.
